We’ve identified an issue where certain security software, such as McAfee, detects Win64/Packed.VMProtect.AC and prevents the TRIBE NINE application from downloading or launching correctly.
If you’re experiencing this issue, please try the following steps to resolve it:
■For players using McAfee:
In the Real-Time Scanning settings > Excluded Files, select [Add file] to add steam.exe and tribenine.exe.
▼Add the detected file to the exclusion list.

1. Go to Protection > select Real-time Scanning.
2. Click Add File and select the detected file.
*Go to C:\Program Files > steam > steamapps > common > TRIBE NINE, and select the detected file.
3. After selecting the file, click Open.
4. Confirm that the selected file has been added to the list of excluded files.
ーーーーーーーー
▼If you see the error message “Failed to load il2cpp” when launching the app, please try the following steps:
ーーーーーーーー
Restore quarantined items
