As was recently announced, service for TRIBE NINE will be terminated on 2025/11/27 JST.

We wish to take this opportunity to apologize again for the sudden nature of the announcement.

To provide players with a rewarding experience through game service, we put together a team of roughly 300 people for its development and management.

However, the number of new players joining, along with the number of players playing the game, as well as item sales following the release of Ch. 3 – Neo Chiyoda City all substantially fell below initial projections.

In light of the situation, we determined it would be difficult to maintain the current structure while providing satisfying service for our players.

For that reason, it is with a heavy heart we are announcing the tough decision to disband the TRIBE NINE development / management team and to terminate game service.

Since service commenced, we have received tremendous support from many players; this outcome is a result of our own limitations. We regret the timing of this decision when players are looking forward to future developments based on the roadmap published prior to releasing Ch. 3 – Neo Chiyoda City. We wish to express our deepest apologies once again for this outcome.

 Refund Policies Related to Termination of Service

Below, we outline the refund policies that will be implemented as a result of the termination of game service.

■ Refunds for Paid Item Purchases Made After the Publication of the Roadmap

All paid item purchases made after the publication of the roadmap at 2025/4/10 19:30 JST will be refunded.

*Purchases made with Paid Enigma Entities will not be eligible for refund, with the exception of those related to “Support Contract – Revenio”, which will be detailed below.

The following refund methods will be made available to those seeking a refund.

・For purchases made via the App Store and on Google Play: Refund to be wired to PayPal Account / domestic bank account within Japan

・For purchases made via Steam and Xsolla (Web Store): Refund to be provided through respective platforms.

More details regarding the application period and relevant application methods for refund will be provided as soon as they are finalized. We kindly ask for your patience.

■ Refunds for Remaining Unconsumed Paid Enigma Entities in Players’ Possession after Termination of Service

Remaining Paid Enigma Entities in players’ possession when service terminates on 2025/11/27 JST will be refunded.

They will be refunded at the highest rate (JPY 2.22/Paid Enigma Entity) no matter the rate of Paid Enigma Entities at the time of purchase.

■ Return of Paid Enigma Entities Used for “Support Contract – Revenio”

As per the previous notice, the consumed Paid Enigma Entities used to unlock Armed Support and Advanced Support, as well as to purchase Contract Levels for “Support Contract – Revenio” will be returned after “Support Contract – Revenio” ends.

These returned Paid Enigma Entities will be eligible for refund.

More details regarding the application period and relevant application methods for refund of remaining Paid Enigma Entities in players’ possession will be provided as soon as they are finalized.

 Publication Plans for Unreleased Story

With the disbandment of the development team, we are unfortunately unable to add new story content to the game. Yet, through the effort of the scenario team, we have been working hard to publish story content on the official website up until Ch. 5, which was already in production.

(Please note that the content will be based on character dialogues that were originally scheduled to be released in-game; hence, there may be instances in which the content is difficult to follow as the narration may not be sufficient enough to depict the whole story in detail. We humbly ask for your understanding in advance.)
